Cruz Construction used the following sub-bidders and suppliers in submitting the general contractors bid.

  SUB-BIDDERS AND SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN LISTED FOR THE BASE BID ONLY.

ALTERNATES COULD AFFECT THE SUB-BIDDERS AND SUPPLIERS LISTED.

This list is submitted solely for the purpose of improving sub contract bidding practices and the list of sub-bidders and suppliers named above does not constitute an agreement or contract between general contractor and sub-bidder that the sub-bid is accepted by the general contractor or must or shall be used in performing the general contract.  General contractor, owner or architect shall have the right to reject any sub-bid made by a sub-bidder named in the list when, in the exclusive opinion of the general contractor, owner or architect, the sub-bidder is not considered qualified to perform or complete the sub-bid in the manner and time called for in the contract documents.  The rejection of any sub-bid used in submitting a general contract bid as named in the list shall not create any responsibility of any nature to a reject sub-bidder, regardless of such sub-bidders or suppliers being named in the list.
